Fitness goal ...

I am ballooning. I had to buy a new pair of shorts last weekend! Enough is enough. I am setting a summer fitness goal. I want to lose ten pounds. I know I cannot do this with dieting as I am not about to eat less. Maybe I can eat less selectively. I will lose the weight by running longer more often. I bought a new pair of running shoes and a new dog leash. Wish me luck!
